Admit you are a sinner

Almighty Father, your word says in

Psalm 32:5 (NLT - New Living Translation)

5. Finally, I confessed all my sins to you

and stopped trying to hide my guilt.

I said to myself, “I will confess my rebellion

to the Lord.”

And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone

Prayer Point: Almighty Father,

I admit that I am a sinner and

I am here to confess my sins to you.

I am here to ask you to please forgive my sins

and any generational sins that have been passed

down to me from my mother

or father side of my family

In Jesus name we pray

 

Almighty Father, your word says in

Jeremiah 14:20 (New Living Translation)

20. Lord, we confess our wickedness

and that of our ancestors, too.

We all have sinned against you

Prayer Point: Almighty Father,

I confess that my family and I are wicked

and that we have all sinned against you

In Jesus name we pray

 

Almighty Father, your word says in

Proverbs 28:13 (New Living Translation)

13. People who conceal their sins will not prosper,

but if they confess and turn from them,

they will receive mercy

Prayer Point: Almighty Father,

I come before you to confess and admit

that I am a sinner because your word says

that if we confess

and admit that we are sinners

you will have mercy on us

In Jesus name I pray

 

Asking for forgiveness and forgiving others
Almighty Father, your word says in
Matthew 6:12 (New Living Translation)
12. And forgive us our sins,
As we forgive those
who have sinned against us
Prayer Point: Almighty Father,
I come before your throne requesting
that you forgive me of my sins
and please give me the strength
and the will to forgive those
who have sinned against me,
because you said that if we want you
to forgive us our sins
then we need to forgive others
who have sinned against us

Almighty Father, your word says in
1st John 1: 9 (New King James Version)
9. If we confess our sins,
He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness
Prayer Point: Almighty Father,
I come before you to confess
my sins because your word says
that if we confess our sins,
you will be faithful and just
and you promise to forgive our sins
and cleanse us from all unrighteousness
In Jesus name I pray 

 

Almighty Father, your word says in
Micah 7:19 (New King James Version)
19. He will again have compassion on us,
And will forgive our unrepented sins.
He will cast all of our sins
Into the depths of the sea
Prayer Point: Almighty Father,
we come before your throne
requesting that you please forgive
our unrepented sins
and cast them into the depths of the sea
